Each treatment is pre-measured for treating a 50 litre (13 gallons) aquarium and will have one package.
The treatment cycle will take 1 week. Do not change water during this cycle. If there are planaria/hydra still present after treatment period, redo treatment or use double the dosage and repeat treatment.
Do not under estimate water volume when treating your tank ie. using a 50 litre treatment to treat a 60 litre aquarium. It is better to use more than less for your treatment. The more organic material in your aquarium such as mulm, decaying plant matter, wastes, and sediment in your aquarium, the less effective the treatment may be as these materials act like a sponge to bind to the active ingredients. It is best to keep your aquarium clean by doing a water change prior to dosing your tank.
PLEASE make sure that after the treatment, you conduct a gravel clean and water change to remove any decaying planaria as this will impact water quality if left in tank. Thereafter conduct water quality testing and possibly more water changes if needed.
No Planaria is a natural ingredient.
